At YUUN, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Sale items and stitched/customized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return.

Exchange

• We offer exchanges for size or color where stock is available.
• To request an exchange, email us at hayanali0800@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Process (via Post Ex)

• Once your return is approved, we will arrange a Post Ex pickup from your address.
• Please ensure the item is securely packed before handover to the courier.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
