Courier Partner All orders are shipped via Post Ex, our trusted courier partner across Pakistan.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Karachi: 1–2 business days
• Major cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–3 business days
• Other cities & remote areas: 3–5 business days

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount during promotions.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Post Ex tracking number via SMS or email.
• You can track your order at postex.pk.

Failed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt fails, Post Ex will retry. After multiple failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
• Re-delivery charges may apply for returned COD orders.
